Privacy Policy
You are accessing a restricted information system ("IS") that is provided for CJMTK Program authorized users only. The CJMTK is maintained and hosted by a third party, Leidos, on behalf of the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency ("NGA").
Authorized use includes accessing the website to download CJMTK software (files), update user profile data, and to complete periodic survey responses — while using a CJMTK Program approved website login (user account). Users provide some or all of the following
information when creating a user account to request access to the system: the user's name, title/rank, location, agency, system, organization, access sponsor, and preferred contact info. This information is shared with NGA to verify the user's information
and authorize access to the system. This information may also be shared with subcontractors for the purposes of development and maintenance of the CJMTK Program. Once the user profile is created and the user has been granted access to the system, the user can
revise or update their profile at any time. To allow a range of website function for different users (roles), this IS maintains user profiles to which particular functional roles may be granted or revoked. The user profiles contain data about as identified above.
We maintain a variety of physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect website information.
- This IS implements reasonable and appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure of Personal Information, such as authentication, encryption, and access controls.
- For site security purposes and to ensure that this service remains available to all users, this IS uses software programs to monitor network traffic to identify unauthorized attempts to upload or change information, or otherwise cause damage to the IS.
- System usage may be monitored, recorded in system logs, and subject to audit. Use of the system indicates consent to monitoring and recording.
- This IS uses audit logs to continuously record webpage views, survey responses and files downloaded—by each end-user. The logs will be maintained (archived) per CJMTK records retention guidelines.
- The website requires multifactor authentication (MFA) using NGA GEOAxIS provided means: you will need to login using GEOAxIS-specified credentials.
Communications using, or data stored on, this IS are not private, are subject to routine monitoring, interception, and search, and may be disclosed or used for any CJMTK-authorized purpose.
When a user navigates to the CJMTK website, the CJMTK web application creates a cookie that is stored in the end-user's web browser. The cookie contains the following data: end-user email address and CJMTK application role name(s). As the end-user navigates the CJMTK website, the application role is extracted and used to control which website resources the end-user may view (operate). The email address, stored in the cookie, is used to correlate the end-user's account (profile) on the CJMTK server.
The cookie is marked to expire when the end-user closes the web browser or the session times-out after 20 minutes. The cookie is updated each time an end-user logs into the website.
In order to comply with software vendor(s) terms and conditions, registered website users will periodically complete an online survey to assess service quality and software license metrics by site/POC. This survey information will be shared with the NGA CJMTK Program Office and/or the CJMTK software providers, which may include subcontractors.
Registered users of CJMTK may submit requests for support and any questions to the CJMTK Helpdesk. The CJMTK Helpdesk will be staffed by Leidos personnel, and may share user profile data with CJMTK software providers, which may include subcontractors, or the NGA CJMTK Program Office for ongoing troubleshooting, license compliance, metrics reporting or quality assurance. When interacting with the CJMTK Helpdesk or website (including survey responses), users should not include any personally identifiable information (PII).
Unauthorized attempts to upload information or change information on this website are strictly prohibited and may be punishable under federal law.
If you have any questions or comments about the information presented here, please contact the CJMTK Helpdesk.
